Gone camping.Never camped in a tent, but attended a YMCA camp. 2. Fished from a boat. Fished once as a five year old, no memory of it. 3. Used a chainsaw. Used an electric and gas chainsaw (fumes..cough, cough,cough). 4. Ridden a motorcycle, even as a passenger. Never. 5. Fired a pistol or shotgun. Do cap pistols count ? 6. Roller skated/bladed. Yes, roller skated as a kid. A time consuming task to put those suckers on and don't forget the skate key. 7. Attended an NFL or NHL game. As for football, not once. But attended a football game where my brother was playing for Erasmus Hall HS (1961-62). Only hockey game I attended was NY Islander vs. Czechoslovakia at the Nassau Coloseum. 8. Ridden Amtrak. Yes, Metroliner to Wash DC to see my brother and once on Acela. Bill "Newkirk" |
