I didn't say it had happened, but the article clearly says that it "could force doctors in Catholic hospitals to perform abortions against their conscience". I didn't say that was going to happen, or that there is any reason that that will happen, but talking about that statement. If that were to happen, it would be utterly outrageous. Abortions have no place being FORCED in Catholic hospitals against the stance of the church, or against any doctor, Catholic or not being forced to perform an abortion against their will. And while I find it wrong if abortion would become illegal, I find forced practice of abortion by those that don't want to participate even worse. |
