Looking at the data for Georgia: Talbot, Stewart, Quitman, Randolph, Clay, Calhoun, Dooly, Macon*, Hancock**, Taliaferro, Warren, and Jefferson counties. And that's excluding Sumter, Peach, Baldwin, and Washington counties that are only in the vaguest sense urban.

* Not to be confused with the city of Macon, which is in Bibb County. Interestingly enough, Oglethorpe, the county seat of Macon County, is massively shrunken from its peak.

** This result was IMMENSE. And the juxtaposition to Glascock County, one of McCain's strongest in Georgia, just makes it look even stranger.
