But a lot of those Katrina people wound up in Houston, but that still looks pretty red too. I don't know enough about where all those Katrina people went, or where most are to comment well though.Many Katrina refugees indeed ended up in Houston, but Houston is so much larger than even pre-Katrina New Orleans that their political impact was limited.
