There is lots of talk about boycotting everything Mormon. Most of the "Yes on 8" money came from the LDS. Millions and millions of it.Also, most people are now saying that the courts will apply this law retroactively. If California's constitution says that gay marriage is not recognized then that means all gay marriages, even those already sanctioned. They're saying that it's similar to a law banning slavery. You can't get around it by saying that you already had slaves before the law was passed. |
