But in the real world, most cops/judges would be sympathetic of a man defending his wife from another man's aggression. I don't think you should hit women (Much less punch them) and I bet many around Selkirk's way agree.Many Southern States have enacted "Stand Your Ground" laws to allow citizens the right to fire if threatended. |
