The system wasn't defective. The defect was in the prosecutors who got themselves owned.

I don't know enough about it to express an opinion on that. I'm just saying that once the system says you're free to go, then it's not appropriate for others to hold the charge against you. Luch seems to agree, since he hasn't responded.
