If he can be shown to have knowingly presented false evidence in court, or to have withheld evidence, then yes. If he's just a Jew-hating and black-hating blowhard who hasn't violated court rules, then no.I think the bigger question for New Yorkers is: how is it that Linda Rosero faces no action for deliberately sending a guy to jail for 12 years on evidence she knew was false, and the Queens DA just shrugs and says it's not a frequent situation. |
