It is sort of like I could never understand how a colour blind person would perceive colours

But they have photos of what things look like for the colorblind, eg: green roses.

Although I do wonder how they would know. I mean the only way to test for colorblindness is to show them to colors and see if they can tell the difference. How do color-sighted people know whether the colorblind see the flowers are green or the petals as red?
