I saw that. :(This is no way to live. One of the reasons why I abstained all summer was that it was getting ugly last winter and was just too well to attend. I've made up my own mind, don't really care what others think. Only reason I've chided in at all was my own attempt to try to draw some conversations to a middle ground by presenting views that aren't even my own, but were intended to get "the other side of this" out there. I now believe I'm wasting my time. There IS no "center" anymore, no compromise, no consensus, and participation is only going to result in physical injury, like my trip to Vermont last week. I'm extremely disappointed in so many ... THANKS for being civil! :) |
