Important things to note about that map - first off, the blue in the middle right is where I am, most of the red on the entire right side is uninhabited (except in summer by non-residents) but the bears have the right to vote (helps the GOP and stops Colbert) and most of the rest of the red is largely uninhabited.So in post-secession Albania, the Democrats would still win thanks to Buffalo, Smallbany, Syracuse, and Ithaca. Speaking of Ithaca, here's another amusing map:  Check out a map of congressional districts and it will give you more of an idea of the actual population areas. Sadly I can't find a map of Clinton vs Lazio on congressional districts. |
