And going to public school in a democratic machine city, a few of those have been or tried to have been banned. Huck Finn always had controversy. Among a few others on that list.Read the link in my post with "PROFF" in the title. That is exactly what sort of list it is. As for that dictionary and that Bible, the dictionary was banned from schools in Carlsbad, NM, in the early 90s for containing rude words, whilst the Living Bible is a paraphrase detested by extreme evos. |
