The only "failure" thus far is the fear of confronting Iran, and sucking up to the UN and EU as though we were their servants. The reason Obama is a little bit behind McCain when it comes to international affairs is due to his perceived lack of experience No, he really does lack experience. What capped it was his declaration of intent to talk to Iran "without preconditions" and his describing the European Union as "history's most successful democratization strategy (which is not what the EU is at all; it's history's sneakiest totalitarianization strategy). |
