If it is top priority, then McCain would be far and away ahead...but he's fighting an uphill battle.People overwhemingly think that that the Bush-Cheney neocon foreign policy has been a catastrophic failure so why would they think McSame would be any different? The reason Obama is a little bit behind McCain when it comes to international affairs is due to his perceived lack of experience, not because people think McCain has better policies. |
