In my state, if you were 24, and you're not a teacher or a cop, you could get a 17 year old pregnant and not go to jail. 24 is the cutoff though if I remember correctly or they didn't change it.Every state is confusingly different, but I don't know how many of them care about 17 year olds(which they shouldn't for that old imo). "I know NJ has it at two years because a friend of mine got in trouble with her 2.5 year younger boyfriend when she turned 18. " And this is what I constantly rail about when the subject comes up.
