The lady's paying $9 - $17 for electronics technicians to do assembly work? To do that, you need good technicians with good eyesight and excellent manual dexterity. They also have to be willing to do extremely repetitive, which is a problem. How long are you going to keep good technicians doing that? In skilled environments like that, turnover is something that's very costly. I don't know whether to be more surprised that the lady's topping out at $17 per hour or starting at $9 or not experiencing a problem with skill and experience walking out the door.-Robert King |
