An estimate ranging from 2002 to 2015? It's fair to point out that estimates are estimates, but not fair to call them lies as you did here. Nor is it fair to call them "figment(s) of someone's imagination" when they are based on real figures.Except the bill doesn't mention strict compliance with the 0.7%-of-GDP goal. Extrapolating "Barack Obama co-sponsored a bipartisan bill to establish national policy for combating global poverty" to "If elected President, Barack Obama will spend 0.7% of the nation's GDP over twelve years on combating global poverty" is a lie. |
