His birth certificate looks almost exactly like mine (I lost my original).

When you ask for a copy in NY, and presumably also in HI, you don't get a facsimile of the original. You get a modern looking computer-printed certificate.

Maybe the reason the Obama campaign isn't making an effort to get an original facsimile is because this claim is so moronic - it makes the opposition look really pointlessly nasty.
