I just read your blog, seems like you had a bad day on the 22nd. What did the lady say to you after you ranted to her?I didn't actually rant to her, just sort of swore in general. It was just the frustration of not being able to find a seat, plus having had an extremely busy, high-pressure day at work, and most of all the fact that it felt like someone was pounding nails into my jawbone.
