"Democrats quoted Hagee as saying the Catholic Church conspired with Nazis against the Jews"While that is an exaggeration, there is a kernel of truth in it. The Pope was, at best, an inept fool who allowed Jews to go to the ovens unaided; at worst, a tacit collaborator. The rest of Hagee's diatribe is trash, of course. |
