This is rich!The GOP will be stuck with the legacy of Carl Rove for years, assuring their most rabid supporters that intellectual mediocrity and divisive hate-mongering (personified in the current sitting president) is not only legitimate but the purist form of patriotism. Ya make your bed, ya sleep in it. Rove invited the Hagee's of the country into the tent. McCain has to deal with them. Or throw them out. Which he won't do. |
