This has nothing to do w/race, the guy had a gun that discharged and killed a kid. That's instant manslaughter when the guy was a few feet from his home and should've called for the cops since any of the kids trying to break into his home would've been a hostile act and even justifiable w/a gun.When he stepped out w/the gun he is guilty of 'attacking' first and should be thrown in prison for the death of the kid. Again what if the situation was reversed and the shooter was white and the victims black? Death is a death. He killed a kid and must face the consequences. |
