Actually, they are challenging the initial stop and search to get the evidence thrown out. The prosecutors do not have to offer ANY plea agreements...and if it isn't their gun, it has to be SOMEONE's...and if it isn't someone's in the entourage, then that could also get a charge of grand larceny.In short, how now brown cow? |
