I don't know and most likely, neither do you. You have one dead 17 year old and 2 families ruined by the crime and you want to worry about a misdemeanor tresspassing charge like that will fix everything? I think it's pretty much agreed here and by the jury that the reasonable thing to do would have been to lock the door and call 911. Shooting in self defense should have been the last resorn - not the first option. |
