If you're a black man, and you just shot a white kid, and know you're now in a shit load of trouble, wouldn't you say the "N" word was used even if it wasn't?It brings us back to the Fat Nick case in Howard Beach. Fat Nick may have used the "N" word when attacking the guy. Fat Nick was a violent criminal first and foremost. Remember, he stabbed a kid of Irish heritage in Broad Channel before the incident with the black kid. Would Fat Nick be a racist or bigot or perpetrator of a hate crime for saying, "You Irish f^ck" when stabbing the kid. The words would not be even be an issue in this case. |
