Since I haven't been following the case too closely I really don't know if he is guilty or innocent. It may have been self defense or an accidental firingHe was convicted of manslaughter, not murder. That implies an accidental rather than a deliberate firing, but a firing that only happened because White acted in reckless disregard of human life. |
