I don't see any problem as long as the police were courteous and quick. Nothing in the blog says whether they were or weren't.The photographer states that she was stopped three times. She also implies that at least one of the officers was not that courteous. Lots of people don't like their houses being photographed. Then they should not decorate them, thereby creating attractions for photographers. Photographers are just getting tired of being constantly questioned and having to justify virtually every picture they take to cops and security guards. Why can't cops just tell the person calling to complain that PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT ILLEGAL.... Maybe it is time for all photographers to join in a class action suit against camera stores and manufacturers for failing to attach a warning to their products: "Legal use of this product may cause undue stress due to constant questioning by police". |
