First off, I would like to say that the flame war in the middle of the thread is NOT becasue I somehow hate white people. I am surrounded by whites and they will all tell you that I have the utmost respect for them.Now getting back on track, How can we fix urban schools to give Blacks a better education? Is it really impossible? Any ideas, like stircter rules, parent involvment, more funding...? |
