The drivers license as we now know it could no longer be used as a secure form of Photo ID. But the NY governor has thought about that one, too. He suggests a 3 tier licensing system in NY where the top tier would be issued to US born citizens and legal resident aliens and could be used as proof of identity. Of course since he is a democrat, there will ba an additional $20.00 fee on top of the usual $50.00 fee for the tier 1 license. Just another 'democrat' finding yet another excuse for another tax. |
