Chavez is doing what I would do, take over the government to fix long-standing problems. I wouldn't be taking away rights or doing the whole Communist thing, but the US can use a non-communist, right-restoring version of him since an idealist who is sick of our decline could do a LOT of good with no congress or senate in the way.Dictator has to be one of the most fun jobs out there. Have a country under your thumb, make all the laws, and be able to mistreat prisoners at will. Fun stuff, isn't it? |
