IIRC employee complaints had a lot to do with the ban. Smokers have the freedom to stay home and smoke as much as they want.Of course, and people have tehe right to work in smoke free enviroments, that's why it's not legal in buplic buildings. However, there is no reason they couldn't have some smolke free restaurant AREAS. Again, if employees are a problem, HIRE employees who smoke (waiters, waitresses, etc) There ARE plenty of them. |
