No way, burgers cooked over wood fire are teh uber-pwnage, especially if the beef is freshly ground. The roll is key, too, like a good hard roll, toasted on the grill. I usually have 2 of them, the first one is just ketchup, raw onion slice and raw tomato slice. That's to enjoy the Zen of a simple burger. Then the second one is the slop burger, where the only limits are what's in the pantry and the imagination.your pal, Fred |
