My point is that trans fats (or whatever it is the city is banning) are only used because they're cheaper, not because they taste better.Actually I noticed a change in the taste of McDonald's fries when they don't use trans-fats. They are definitely not the same fries I fell in love with :-( My food choices are extremely taste sensitive and I can detect even minor differences in taste - if I even slightly dislike something I will not eat it. |
