There's a fried chicken place near me that uses the styrofoam take out containers for the chicken, and the chicken is so hot when it comes out, that they put a slice of bread at the bottom to not only soak up the grease, but also to prevent the chicken from melting through the styrofoam when they first place it in the take out container. the parts of the chicken that doesn't touch the bread melts the styrofoam. |
