The IDF on Monday arrested a Palestinian who was allegedly planning a terror attack in the West Bank.

Sources in the IDF Central Command said they had received reports about a Palestinian planning an attack against an IDF checkpoint or a nearby settlement.

A Palestinian who was subsequently arrested led the troops to a 10-kilogram explosive device that was hidden inside a dead lamb near Hawara and Eilon Moreh.

It was unclear whether the Palestinian planned to detonate the bomb while it was inside the lamb or if he was merely using the animal to hide the explosives while he transported them.

It wasn't the first time Palestinian operatives had used animals to aid their terror activities. In 2003, a donkey rigged with explosives blew up as a bus passed on the road from Jerusalem to Gush Etzion, approximately 80 meters from a nearby IDF roadblock and the ascent to Har Gilo and Beit Jala. No one was wounded, though a bus passenger was treated for shock.

During Jericho talks, Abbas asks Olmert to free more Palestinian prisoners, allow fugitives to return to W. Bank, remove checkpoints.

Do you like the segway? Freeing people? I heard American gang violence would be down if we freed all the prisons as an act of good faith.
Do they do this in Brazil where the giant prisons have underground societies?
