Very nice achievement! You are to be congratulated.You're no dummy, that's for sure! When you eat your salad, try to include a little of the "right" fats in a salad dressing so you absorb the fat soluble vitamins better (A,E). People eating a super-low-fat diet are found, as a side effect, to sometimes not get as much Vit A as they should because there's nothing to "carry" it across the intestinal lining. |
