Yesterday I paid a short visit to this property as part of my ongoing comparison of NYC vs. suburban fear of Muslims. It’s a 100,000 square foot office building from 1986, in the Route 110 office/industrial cluster. Tenants are the typical suburban mix of financial businesses, accountants, lawyers, and a variety of other businesses. As far as I could tell the largest tenant is a language training school.

As for the lobby, there are no turnstiles and no guards. Guess no one is afraid of Islam. Not like the city, which is quaking in terror even though it’s been 25 years.
