Posted by cortelyounext on Mon Aug 17 11:56:28 2026 President Donald Trump threatened to attack Oman if it “gets in the way” of efforts in the Strait of Hormuz, and said his administration has established a direct backchannel with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Finally, someone who actually gets it. It's about time. Oman, flush with cash and oil, can now become our 51st State followed by Greenland, Iceland, America Samoa, Guam, the Northern Marianas, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and St. Lucia because the 2024 Paris Olympics Gold Medal sprinter is a product of said territory and I like her. That makes 59 States so might as well throw in England to make it an even 60 in order that our new flag will be more symmetrical and to prove the Revolutionary War was no fluke.
