Is The Body of Christ Gluten Free?

As a practicing Irish Catholic recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, I've been told to avoid anything with gluten in it to keep this auto immune digestive disease from interfering with my quality of life to say the least. So in receiving Holy Communion, are those communion wafers gluten free? Should their be two lines at communion time, one for a gluten free Body Of Christ and one for a consecrated host containing gluten?
I asked the priest & didn't know. I asked my doctor and she too didnt know saying that no one ever ask me that, but she'd try to find out.
She said it sounds like it could be a Larry David style comedy routine material depicting two lines at communion.
The mystery continues.
