You're probably gonna be disappointed…I'm not. It's a good choice. For charcuterie, that stuff's available locally made You're lucky enough to live in Upstate NY. Some excellent farming up there. A lot of Upstate farmers sell to food co-ops in NYC. It's a "local" as a big city can get. |
