This is virtually foolproof.Get yourself a package of Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme brownie mix. Do NOT get the ones with chips or nuts. This may not work with those (I haven’t bought those in years because of the overall jaw problems anyways)! GENEROUSLY grease your pan (I prefer old timey Pyrex borosilicate)with butter. Do not spray lightly with PAMoils. This will prevent sticking when you go to slice and remove from pan. Make the brownies according to the recipe on the box. Put the batter in the pan. Before you put it in the oven to bake, grab your Nutella*, which should be at room temperature, and plop as many tablespoonish blobs as you wish on top. With the spoon handle, a small butter knife, or a popsicle stick swirl the nutella blobs in as if it’s a marble cake. Little mixing, not so much. Bake as normal. Cool and enjoy. Then drink your Doublewood and have a nice day. *Bonne Maman chocolate with hazelnut spread works too. In fact, it’s what I used last time I made this….last week. Gotta eat what I can. |
