Jill talks to him as if he's a child. Anyone who has had a family member with dementia knows how sad this is. My father in law had dementia - he had a PhD in Economics from NYU and was a lecturer at NYU on the subject for many years. He started showing signs of dementia in his mid 70s and by the time he was Biden's age, he was in the same steep decline. He was a physically healthy man, though and hung on until 93 but he was no more than an old child by that point. I think Jill has committed and is continuing to commit elder abuse. |
