Security can be a problem at existing shelters but it's way better than the security outside.The issue for many is that shelters come with lots of rules. You can't come and go as you please, you can't have visitors, you can't do drugs and you can't bring all of your worldly possessions that you typically keep with you outside. Those last two are big ones for many. |
