Why would they be fake Nazis? Hitler admired Muslims and Islam and cultivated connections in the Middle East, like the Mufti of Jerusalem.

Nazis claimed descent from "Aryans," who were from Asia, and is where we get the name "Iran." Uzbeks are therefore a lot closer to "Aryans" than Germanics are.

In real life, there's no connection between them and northern Europe, and northern Europe was long a backward and uncivilized part of the world. The only reason it stopped being so is because of swarthy Mediterraneans who brought them Christian civilization.
