No. Crimes are specifically classified as such and are considered worse than mere violations of law.It's not that traffic is a special thing where you can get a summons for an infraction that's not a crime, there are other things, like open container violations, littering, etc. It's a meaningful distinction, it's what separates other people from "criminals." |
