Pretty much every developed country allows business contracts to be interpreted by private arbitration. That could be agreed upon to be a Sharia court, a Jewish religious court, a Roman Catholic tribunal* or an individual priest... the religious court or private arbitrator can never counter civil law. " Yes, I saw you talked out of both holes, contradicted yourself, and said essentially nothing. |
