Step 2. Win the election on bogus promises
Step 3. Tell the governess to raise city income tax to cover $4.5 billion revenue short fall.
Step 4. After 49 days in office announce that your last option is raise City Property Tax by 9.5%
Step 5. Make those who elected you pay for the FREE SHIT that you promised them. SUCKERS!!!!
