Confusing cause and effect. They take the hormones because they’re unbalanced. They think it will cure them of their problems but it doesn’t. Then, after they’ve mutilated themselves they feel even worse.

There used to be guardrails around sex changes, but they got rid of them because now people can just say they’re trans and they get the hormones that they want.
