It SHOULD be a nothingburger, as anyone who does the most scant amount of research will know that only the American Flag, POW flag, Agency flag are flown on the Federal Monuments. I'm sure the gays and the Libs know this, but (no pun intended) they want the rules to bend (again, no pun) to what THEY want, so they're making a scene.
