Gas tax isn't tied to inflation. For....30 years? I've been hearing how the gas tax hasn't kept up.Where I live just increased it. The federal gasoline tax was set at 18.4 cents per gallon (24.4 cents for diesel) in 1993. It has not changed since then. |
